Building Regulations - One issue many of our clients highlight as being a particular area of concern refers to building regulations.  Building regulations are what all building works have to adhere to, whether it is fire escape or a trip hazard. Everything is set out by governmental procedures and here at DMB we ensure we stick to these important requirements.

Planning Permission - Alongside having extensive knowledge with regards to building regulations, our team also have an abundance of experience with regards to planning permission procedures.  Within our Stage 1 process you will be informed as to whether planning permission is required or not.  If it is needed, DMB will go forward with the application to take this pressure off your shoulders!  If it is not needed, we ensure we adhere to permitted development rights.  Permitted development rights refer to the certain criteria that a property must follow in order to ensure correct construction work can be carried out.  If you are unsure in any way as to how this applies to your project in particular DMB is here to help!  High standards and levels of finish are an integral part of every DMB project.
